They offer a wide measurement range (typically -40°C to +125°C), fast response times, and cost-effective multi-probe configurations. Used in the vast majority of refrigerated food transport applications. **PT100 RTD Probes** are the precision choice for pharmaceutical transport, clinical trial materials, and any application where accuracy better than ±0.5°C is required. They offer ±0.3°C accuracy across the measurement range and are supplied with UKAS-traceable calibration certificates — a mandatory requirement for pharmaceutical GDP and GCP transport documentation. **Combined Temperature + Humidity Sensors** measure both temperature and relative humidity simultaneously. Required for fresh produce, flowers, and moisture-sensitive pharmaceutical products where humidity control is as important as temperature. ## Reefer Unit Integration For vehicles equipped with Thermo King or Carrier refrigeration units, our hardwired GPS trackers with CAN bus capability can read data directly from the reefer controller — including setpoint temperature, return air temperature, supply air temperature, defrost status, alarm codes, and fuel level. This eliminates the need for separate temperature probes in many applications and provides a richer dataset for compliance reporting. ## HACCP Compliance Documentation The platform generates HACCP-compliant temperature reports for each journey — showing continuous temperature traces, breach events with timestamps and locations, and a chain-of-custody record from loading to delivery. Reports are exportable in PDF and CSV format and can be configured for automatic delivery to customers, auditors, or QA teams at the end of each journey. ## Cold Store and Warehouse Monitoring Temperature sensors are not limited to vehicles.
